Hudson’s Quay, Middlesbrough8th September 2012
At the start of September I undetook my first job for Silver Stage, a Norfolk-based company supplying stage coverings for all sorts of events. Temporary architecture I like to think of it as. This particular one was being used at a Defence Expo in the Polish city of Kielce, a 2 hour drive North of Krakow. Shot this from the roof of the main exhibition centre after climbing with all my gear up a ladder on the side of the building.
More shots of these great structures to follow, in very different places (Bestival, Great North Run…)
New website is live! I’ve been working with Urban River, a South Shields-based design company to put together a replacement for my portfolio site. And this is it! A fresh new look with much greater emphasis on imagery. The new site has a blog section so you can see what I’m up to, and an archive of projects going back 5 years.
If you have any feedback about the new site I’d love to hear it. And don’t forget you can keep in touch on Facebook and Twitter too.
A wonderful over-night visit to Peace Camp at Dunstanburgh Castle in Northumberland back in July. There for sunset on Friday night, camped nearby and returned for dawn shots very early on the Saturday.
