Redcar Heart10th September 2014
A recent project at a new cinema in Gateshead, for Everlite. The focus was the opaque panelling as seen at dusk. Trickier that it sounds as the lighting in the rooms and stairwells behind was on a timer, hence the requirement for an assistant to spend an hour or so walking around to keep the light on.
One of my first shots of the new leisure and civic centre in Redcar, taken for +3 Architecture. More to follow in the next few weeks.
Couple of shots from a recent project for oobe landscape architects – the new promenade and sea wall at Littlehaven beach, South Shields. Recent winner of a RICS North East Renaissance Award for Infrastructure for South Tyneside Council.
On Tuesday 6th May I’ll be at the Masham Photographic Club in North Yorkshire giving a talk on Architectural Photography.
