09/06/2010 - Workshop at the BIPP
On June 8th I ran an architectural photography foundation workshop at the British Institute of Professional Photography in Aylesbury. There were 9 attendees, ranging from those just starting out as photographers, to those with years of experience looking to improve their skills in a specific area.
It was a great day that included the technical side of architectural photography, from tilt-shift lenses to correcting barrel distortion, to the business side including how to charge for projects and how to approach potential clients. We even got out, between rain showers, to take some shots around the town.
Drop me a line if you want to find out about future workshops, or would like to discuss putting one on. And don't forget I also run one-on-one tutorials (find out more here).
